1. No Refunds on Digital Products
All purchases made on Automatly.tech are final and non-refundable. Since digital downloads cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds once a product has been successfully delivered.
Please review product descriptions, features, and compatibility before making a purchase.
2. Exceptions (If Applicable)
We may consider a refund or exchange under the following rare conditions:
- You purchased the same product twice accidentally (we’ll refund the duplicate).
- You were charged but did not receive the download link within 24 hours and our support could not resolve it.
- The product is completely non-functional and our support team is unable to provide a fix or alternative within 3 working days.

3. No Refunds for Misuse or Incompatibility
We are not responsible for:
- Errors due to outdated software or unsupported Excel/Python environments.
- Failure to understand how the tool works (documentation and support are provided).
- Product misuse or modification beyond its intended use.

4. Product Support
We offer limited post-purchase support to help you get started and troubleshoot any issues. Support does not include customization, new feature requests, or integration with third-party systems beyond the advertised scope.
5. Unauthorized Distribution
If a customer is found to be sharing, reselling, or misusing our products, all access will be revoked without notice and without eligibility for a refund.
